Many years of working with thousands of clients, has shown us the richness of collaboration and partnership. We've found that when we understand a client's themes, needs and issues, then we can be truly creative in developing ensemble and shared solutions. Our customized programs are designed in close consultation with our clients to meet organizational, group and individual needs. We also offer a range of public foundation programs and group workshops that can be refined and shaped to meet specific inhouse client needs.

We collaborate with clients to develop entirely new approaches to business issues such as organizational change, team building, developmental leadership, and sales training, as well as speech and communications coaching.

Additionally, we undertake high-level individual developmental coaching. Working privately over several months (in some cases over years) we help develop personal vision, creativity, impact and leadership. Our individual clients include CEOs and senior company executives, politicians, educators, authors and philanthropists leaders and aspiring leaders in many fields.

Programs are scheduled on or off-site, or at TAI venues in New York City, London, and Toronto. They are offered in intensive formats, including residential, or as long-term developmental courses.
