Our most popular foundation program, Communicating with Power and Presence is a two-day workshop for professionals who make client presentations, speak in public, lead team meetings and groups, and want to sharpen their communication skills.

Participants find its effects go far beyond more effective speaking and presenting. Through written and verbal exercises, along with one-on-one coaching in a group environment, this workshop helps presenters learn how to: build relationships with an audience; incorporate feed-back; infuse personal expression into content; and provide insightful responses as an audience member, thus allowing for greater vitality and impact while communicating.

Communicating with Power and Presence is open to the public and enrollment is limited to 12 participants. In-house groups can accommodate as many as 50 participants.

Through Communicating with Power and Presence, you increase the lasting impact of your work while learning to personalize your content. The Creative Dynamic is a two and a half day theater-based workshop aimed at renewing passion, energy, and commitment for what you want to create in the world. Through the use of performance, coaching, feedback, and play this program provides a renewed approach to many of the challenges you face communicating to an audience- whether it?s an audience of one, or a crowd of hundreds.

Throughout the weekend, participants learn to develop the fundamental creative principles inherent in each of us. These principles include: awareness of impact; discovering the opportunity for personal creativity in any situation; creating through relationship; and experiencing goals and desires as a consequence of creativity. The Creative Dynamic provides a nurturing and supportive environment in which participants are challenged to reach beyond what they perceive as boundaries in order to achieve new levels of creativity and artistry. You will experience performance, one-on-one coaching in a group environment, feedback, connecting the body with the voice, and clarifying and articulating personal desires.

The impact of this workshop is immediate. You experience a greater "license" to create. You see a new way of looking at yourself, your career, and how you communicate with others. The result is that you experience the joy in creating, find new ways of expressing yourself, and discover the powerful impact you can have on others.

Authentic Leadership and Peak Performance is a unique exploration of leadership and achievement of peak performance.

Integrating the experiential approach of the theatre with the analytical and theoretical underpinnings of recent work in positive organizational psychology, this week-long program is a powerful driver of new leadership performance for individuals and teams. In this experiential workshop you lead the group several times, are coached by the program leader, and receive feedback that is then incorporated into the next practice session. Through on-going discussion and hands-on experience, you investigate the connection between vision, creativity and leadership.

Leadership is a consequence of us truly expressing our vision and creativity through our relationships with others. We must use our own creativity to allow that of others to flourish. This starts from clear perception: leaders must shed pre-conceptions - about themselves and others - in order to see clearly. Authentic Leadership and Peak Performance brings you to the core of leadership, and offers you the tools - seeing, hearing, and perceiving in the moment - needed to be an effective leader. Each of us has a unique leadership style, specific needs as a leader, and an individual aesthetic or vision. All of these elements are addressed, explored, and internalised.

Authentic Leadership and Peak Performance is for people who are currently in leadership positions, in business, education and public life. We limit participants to twelve.

The impact of Authentic Leadership and Peak Performance is profound, both professionally and personally. You experience yourself as a leader and gain a greater insight into your personal impact. You discover that leadership is not about following "how-to" techniques or tricks of the trade. Rather, it is understanding that leadership is the expression of your unique creative capabilities.

The Tell is a "deep dive" investigation of personal vision in which you clarify your point of view, find out where your energy is focused, and explore and affirm your personal desires. It is divided into three sections: The World According to You, Vision and Will and Reinventing the Self. Through group discussions, writing exercises, creative games, quiet listening exercises and outside assignments you address issues and questions such as: What is my personal vision of the world? How does my vision operate in my life every day? What can I do to strengthen it? What belief system may be impeding my success? What is the value of my doubts? What do my impulses and instincts lead me to do? Am I willing to discover that the qualities I prize in others are already in me?

Participants meet as a group, two hours a week for the first twelve weeks of The Tell, followed by two weekend intensives a month apart. The first twelve weeks of the program is called The World According to You. This part of The Tell is devoted to discovering, clarifying, enhancing and implementing your unique vision of the world. In Vision and Will, the first weekend intensive, you are given permission to listen to yourself, to identify your will and where it is focused, to identify the obstacles which are in the way of you expressing your personal voice, and to listen to that voice without judgment. The second weekend intensive, Reinventing the Self, is a workshop in which you have the chance to investigate your personal desires, explore your original creative self, and nurture and be nurtured by your personal creative environment.

Enrolment is based on an initial interview with the program leader and the group is limited to twenty-five participants.

Shakespeare wrote for actors and audiences, not for scholars and libraries. The Shakespeare Experience is an inspirational three-part series of one-day workshops that get you into the physical experience of playing with Shakespeare's words. Through Shakespeare'’s text, you are directed into Shakespeare's world of humanity, passion, and vulnerability as both actor and audience member - as he intended.

Every day of The Shakespeare Experience is a festival of playful and physically-expanding exercises that experiment with the poetry, music, history, and world-views of the Elizabethan stage. You will analyse, explore, and rehearse on your feet. You will explore how Shakespeare builds relationships both on stage and with the audience. And you will perform in front of an invited audience. You will emerge larger than life, in love with Shakespeare, and proud of your ability.

We created The Shakespeare Experience so you could experience first hand that we can all perform Shakespeare. This is a program for beginners or professional actors, as well as those usually more comfortable watching from the audience. Through The Shakespeare Experience you will gain a greater appreciation of yourself, Shakespeare's wonderful language and vitality, and an expanded sense of humanity.
